Objective To investigate the relationship between pulse pressure and continuous hemorrhage by analyzing the pulse pressure of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods 49 cases of cerebral hemorrhage after bleeding continued pulse pressure and 49 cases of non-continuous bleeding were compared between the pulse pressure. Results The blood pressure (78.06 ± 12.85) mmHg in the bleeding group was significantly higher than that in the control group (70.86 ± 12.16) mmHg, P = 0.005, the difference was significant. Conclusion Increased pulse pressure is an independent risk factor for continuous hemorrhage in hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
