目的观察卷曲霉素对复治肺结核患者的治疗效果。方法将200例复治肺结核患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组用含卷曲霉素抗结核方案,疗程8个月。结果治疗组和对照组:2个月末痰菌阴转率分别为80%、50%,治愈率分别为85%、60%,临床有效率分别为90%、64%,不良反应发生率分别为18%、26%。结论卷曲霉素对复治肺结核病是一种新的有效、安全的抗结核药物。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of capreomycin on retreatment pulmonary tuberculosis patients. Methods 200 patients with retreatment pulmonary tuberculosis were divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given capreomycin anti-TB regimen for 8 months. Results In the treatment group and the control group, the sputum negative conversion rates at the end of two months were 80% and 50%, respectively, and the cure rates were 85% and 60% respectively. The clinical effective rates were 90% and 64% respectively. The incidences of adverse reactions were 18%, 26%. Conclusion Capreomycin is a new effective and safe antituberculosis drug for recuperating pulmonary tuberculosis.
