目前,多数学校采用了教师分年级组办公,教师相对分散,同一学科不同年级的教师相互交流的机会减少,集体备课难以形成氛围,更难发挥全教研组骨干教师的作用;年级组活动频繁,使得集体备课时间不足。这些都使得集体备课流于形式。我认为,采用下列操作能较好地提高集体备课
At present, most schools employ teachers in different grades and groups. Teachers are relatively dispersed. Teachers in different grades in the same subject have less opportunities to interact with each other. It is difficult to form an atmosphere for collective lesson preparation and harder to play a role as a key teacher in the whole teaching group. Collective lesson preparation time is not enough. All of these make collective lesson preparation a mere formality. In my opinion, the following operations can be better to improve the collective lesson preparation
