前不久,我路遇华能安源发电厂教授级高工邱和明。他满面春风,兴奋地告诉我,他刚从厦门归来,代表中国国际科技促进会(以下简称科促会)在那里考察科技项目。我不由产生了兴趣:一个地方企业的工程技术人员,缘何能代表国家级科技权威机构行事?我便随他去了他的家中作点探寻。我看了他的资料,尤其听了他讲的退休生活的几个片段后,找到了他所说的“代表”的答案。
Not long ago, I met Huayan Anyuan power plant professor-level senior engineer Qiu Heming. I went to his home with him to explore. I read his information, especially after he heard a few fragments of his retirement life, and found what he called the “representative” answer.
