社会助学工作是高等教育自学考试的重要组成部分。为加强对社会助学活动的指导与监督,调动一切教育资源参与社会助学活动,规范助学行为,推动自考社会助学工作朝着健康的方向发展,重庆市自考办开展了有声有色的助学示范试点工作。开展助学示范园区试点的背景2001年全国高等教育自学考试助学工作会议明确提出,大力加强高等教育自学考试社会助学活动的指导监督,调动一切教育资源开展社会助学活动,完善自学考试的教育功能将是今后改革与发展的重点。
