Ⅰ培养细胞生理学研究现状通过基础研究和应用研究弄清培养细胞的生理和遗传条件是很重要的。在水稻组织培养的氨基酸营养上,发现天冬氨酸途径的初始酶的活性受到了反馈调节。天冬氨酸到蛋氨酸的生物合成途径受到苏氨酸和赖氨酸的共同抑制,苏氨酸的降解受到其最终产物异亮氨酸的抑制(Furuhashi等1970)。在水稻愈伤组织诱导期间,Nishi(1970)追踪了磷、钙吸收能力的变化,发现磷吸收能力下降,Ca吸收能力增强。Ohira(1973)
Ⅰ Current status of cultured cell physiology It is important to understand the physiological and genetic conditions of cultured cells through basic research and applied research. On the amino acid nutrition cultivated in rice tissue, the activity of the initial enzyme of the aspartate pathway was found to be feedback regulated.
