目的了解大竹县鼠类、蝙蝠及其体表寄生虫本底情况,为制订防制方案提供科学依据。方法分别采用夹夜法和网捕法捕获鼠类及蝙蝠,分析动物及其体表寄生虫种类。结果共捕宿主动物177只,隶属3个目8个种,鼠类密度为8.35%,以黑线姬鼠为优势种,占71.35%;在101只鼠和6只蝙蝠体表检获寄生虫1 449只,其中螨类1 399只,占96.55%,经鉴定为6科11属16种。结论黑线姬鼠密度高,体表寄生虫数量多,种类复杂;鼠类、蝙蝠与多种传染病的发生有着密切关系。
Objective To understand the background of rodents, bats and their surface parasites in Dazhu County and to provide a scientific basis for formulating control programs. METHODS: Murine and bats were captured by the method of Nocturnal Nocturnal and Net-catching, respectively. The animals and their parasites on the surface of the body were analyzed. Results 177 co-host animals were found, belonging to 3 orders and 8 species. The density of rodents was 8.35%, and Apodemus agrarius was the dominant species, accounting for 71.35%. In 101 rats and 6 bats, the parasite 1 449, of which 1 399 mites, accounting for 96.55%, were identified as 6 families, 11 genera and 16 species. Conclusions The Apodemus agrarius is highly densified, the number of surface parasites is large and the species is complicated. The occurrence of rodents and bats is closely related to the occurrence of various infectious diseases.
