目的探讨人sel-1样(SEL1L)基因和癌基因c-erbB-2在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化方法检测SEL1L和c-erbB-2在96例胃癌组织中的表达。结果胃癌组织中SEL1L基因的阳性表达率为84.4%(81/96);其表达与胃癌组织的分化程度显著相关(P=0.001),而与年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期无关(P>0.05)。c-erbB-2的阳性表达率为70.8%(68/96);其表达与胃癌组织的分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期相关(P=0.002,P<0.05),而与年龄、性别、肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05)。SEL1L和c-erbB-2的表达显著正相关(r=0.568,P<0.01)。结论 SEL1L和c-erbB-2在胃癌组织中均有较高表达;联合检测SEL1L基因和c-erbB-2可作为识别胃癌高风险患者的生物标记物。
Objective To investigate the expression of human sel-1-like (SEL1L) gene and oncogene c-erbB-2 in gastric carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of SEL1L and c-erbB-2 in 96 gastric cancer tissues. Results The positive rate of SEL1L gene in gastric cancer tissues was 84.4% (81/96). The expression of SEL1L gene was significantly correlated with the degree of differentiation of gastric cancer (P = 0.001), but not with age, gender, tumor size, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis TNM stage unrelated (P> 0.05). The positive rate of c-erbB-2 was 70.8% (68/96). The expression of c-erbB-2 was correlated with the differentiation degree, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and TNM staging of gastric cancer (P = 0.002, Gender, tumor size (P> 0.05). The expression of SEL1L and c-erbB-2 was significantly and positively correlated (r = 0.568, P <0.01). Conclusion Both SEL1L and c-erbB-2 are highly expressed in gastric cancer tissues. Combined detection of SEL1L gene and c-erbB-2 can be used as a biomarker for identifying patients with high risk of gastric cancer.
