一、监测与评估的对象和范畴 工程移民社会经济监测与评估的对象主要是人,是因工程建设而搬迁的人和受影响的人。 在重工程轻移民的年代里,只要移民及时搬出不影响工程施工、运行就行了,移民往往是工程的牺牲品。以至经过若干年后,仍给移民遗留下了吃水、用电、交通、上学、就医、住房困难等一系列生产生活问题。
I. Object and Category of Monitoring and Evaluation The main targets of social and economic monitoring and evaluation of project resettlement are people, people who are relocated due to construction, and affected people. In the era of light-project resettlement, as long as the resettlers move out in time and do not affect the construction, the operation will take place. Immigrants are often the victims of the project.
