在第一章中,对可靠性的全貌已作了概括的介绍。在这一章中,我们将把器件的可靠性这一质量指标数量化,用定量的方法讨论可靠性基本概念和它的主要数量特征。 我们对可靠性这一综合指标曾下过定性的定义,作过定性的说明,但是对可靠性这样重要的问题,只有定性的定义或说明是远远不够的。可靠性既然是器件的一项质量指标,而且十分重要,就应该具有数量特征,并及其数量化。只有当可靠性指标数量化后,才能对各种管型的可靠性提出具体的,统一的明确要求,才能进行比较和鉴定。
In the first chapter, the whole picture of reliability has been introduced. In this chapter, we will quantify the quality of the device reliability, quantitatively discuss the basic concept of reliability and its main quantitative features. We have made a qualitative definition of the comprehensive indicator of reliability and made a qualitative statement, but it is not enough for qualitatively defined or illustrated questions of such important importance as reliability. Since reliability is a quality indicator of the device, and is very important, it should have a number of features, and its quantification. Only when the reliability index is quantified, can we put forward specific and uniform requirements on the reliability of all kinds of pipelines for comparison and identification.
