作者报告烟雾病并发脑内血肿1例,并复习近代文献,注意到本病的诊断,治疗和预后的现代概念。男54岁,在1980年12月25日打猎中突然出现剧烈头痛伴短暂意识丧失,随后发生精神错乱,失语,右侧中枢性面瘫,右上肢轻瘫。腰穿肉眼可见血性脑脊液。颈动脉造影显示左、右颈内动脉狭窄,左颈内动脉终于海绵窦段,右侧虹吸段显影,眼动脉增粗,双侧大脑前、中动脉均未显影。左椎动脉造影见造影剂通过后交通动脉使双侧大脑前、中动脉
The authors report 1 case of moyamoya disease complicated with intracerebral hematoma and reviewed modern literature, noting the modern concept of diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of this disease. Male 54 years old, on December 25, 1980 hunting suddenly severe headache with short-term loss of consciousness, followed by insanity, aphasia, right central paralysis, right upper limb paresis. Lumbar visible bloody cerebrospinal fluid. Carotid angiography showed left and right internal carotid artery stenosis, left internal carotid artery finally cavernous sinus, right siphon segment development, ophthalmic artery thickening, bilateral anterior cerebral artery and middle cerebral artery were not developed. Left vertebral artery angiography see contrast agent through the posterior communicating artery to the bilateral front and middle cerebral arteries
