The new round of national curriculum reform has raised the issue of the professional development of teachers to an unprecedented height, and the training and study of teachers have become more important than ever. How to construct a school-based teaching and research system and give full play to its supporting role in education reform and development is an issue that needs to be constantly concluded theoretically and in-depth in practice. In line with the principle of learning from one side, summarizing one side and improving from the other, we have done some research on school-based teaching and research during the four-year course of curriculum reform.
