职业素养教育向来是职业高中教育教学工作的重点和难点,良好的职业素养能让职高的毕业生获得更多的就业优势,也能帮助他们在从业过程中更好地适应变化中的职场生活。职业素养的内容在一定程度上可以理解为是与职业相关的心理品质和道德修养,这些内容同时也是学校德育的重要组成部分。一直以来,德育在学校教育中处于非常重要的位置,但在职高的德育实践中,存在诸多问题。职高应把培养学生的高水平职业素养作为德育工作的核心,帮助学生认识、理解和养成良好的职业素养。
Vocational literacy education has always been the focus and difficulty of vocational high school education and teaching. A good professional accomplishment can give high-grade graduates more employment advantages and help them better adapt to a changing career in the workplace. To a certain extent, the content of professional accomplishment can be understood as the vocational-related psychological quality and moral cultivation. These contents are also an important part of school moral education. All along, moral education plays a very important role in school education, but there are many problems in the practice of moral education. Vocational high school students should be a high level of professional accomplishment as the core of moral education to help students understand, understand and develop good professionalism.
