针对我国农机化发展现状,本文通过对江苏农林职业技术学院等有农业机电专业的部分学生进行问卷调查,针对发现的农机类大学生专业创业方面的问题,本文进行了认真的研究分析,借鉴了全国高校创新创业50强学校——江苏农牧科技职业学院的经验,提出了高职院农机类创业教育三点举措:一是创业素质拓展与专业技能培养相结合,打造“1+0.2+1+0.8”四阶段培养模式;二是创业教育与专业学习相结合,开创农机“三阶段三步走”专业创业教学模式;三是一二课堂结合,建立农机第二课堂教育实践体系,以期帮助解决农机类大学生创业面临的问题。
Aiming at the current situation of agricultural mechanization in our country, this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on some agricultural mechanics and electrical engineering students in Jiangsu A & F Polytechnic College.
