班主任班级管理中常规管理问题是管理的基础,也是班集体管理的核心。本文结合班级常规管理的理论基础,同时根据实践管理的情况,分析了班主任管理中常规问题的表征,包括对常规管理问题认知不清、未充分调动其他主体,主体的参与和常规问题解决方法单一等。因此,本文最后结合以上问题提出了解决措施,以期为小学阶段班主任班级管理中常规问题解决提供可借鉴的理论基础。
