介绍了设施布局的概念以及研究对象,强调了设施布局对制造企业在工厂设计阶段的重要地位。鉴于石油化工行业的特殊性,本文重点回顾设施布局在石化领域从上世纪70年代至今的研究进展。对石化工厂设施布局问题进行简要介绍,并分别对其研究方法进行阐述,包括启发式方法和数学规划法。在数学规划法的部分,具体总结了目前对数学模型的研究成果,还归纳了用于解决布局问题的优化算法,包括确定算法以及智能算法。另外,简单列举一些设施布局优化相关的辅助软件。最后展望了石化工厂设施布局今后的发展趋势与方向。
Introduced the concept of the layout of the facility and the object of study, emphasizing the importance of the layout of the facility to the manufacturer in the design stage of the factory. In view of the peculiarities of the petrochemical industry, this article reviews the research progress of the facility layout in the petrochemical field from the 1970s to the present. The briefing on the facility layout of petrochemical plants is given, and their research methods are described separately, including heuristic methods and mathematical programming. In the part of mathematical programming, the research results of mathematical models are summarized. The optimization algorithms for solving layout problems are also summarized, including the algorithm of determining and the algorithm of intelligence. In addition, a brief list of some of the facilities layout optimization related software. Finally, the future development trend and direction of petrochemical plant layout are forecasted.
