羟基脲(HU)是仅对DNA合成期(S)细胞具有毒性作用的细胞同步剂。它可杀死92%粒系祖细胞(CFU-c),99%红系祖细胞(ESC)和30%多能于细胞(CFU-s)。本文将正常或经HU处理的供体小鼠骨髓进行移植,通过对致死量X线照射的受体小鼠脾和股骨骨髓进行生化测定和细胞学检查,研究造血恢复程度及其影响因素。
Hydroxyurea (HU) is a cell synchronizer that has toxic effects only on DNA synthesis phase (S) cells. It can kill 92% of myeloid progenitor cells (CFU-c), 99% of erythroid progenitor cells (ESC) and 30% of multipotent cells (CFU-s). In this paper, the normal or HU-treated donor mice were transplanted with bone marrow. The hematopoietic recovery and its influencing factors were studied by biochemical and cytological examination of the spleen and femur marrow of recipients of lethal dose X-ray irradiation.
