1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:5例均为男性。年龄:(34～67岁)平均年龄53.2岁。 1.2 入院诊断:4例均为精神分裂症。符合(CCMD-2-R)的诊断标准。 1.3 肺结核诊断:在1994年5月普查拍胸片时发现,1例血型播散性肺结核,3例浸润性肺结核。以上病例均无结核病史。 1.4 住院时间和用药情况:住院2年2人,住院3年2人。其中2名患者服氯丙嗪最小量50mg/日,最大量300mg/日。1例服奋乃静最小量24mg/
