提出了一种操作简便、选择性好的盐酸哌唑嗪荧光光谱分析法 .在 2 .382× 10 - 7mol L～ 1.90 5× 10 - 6 mol L范围内 ,盐酸哌唑嗪的荧光强度与浓度呈良好的线性关系 ,相关系数为 0 .9998,检出限量为 4 .12 5× 10 - 8mol L .
A prazosin hydrochloride fluorescence spectrometry method was presented for its simple and selective operation.The fluorescence intensity and concentration of prazosin hydrochloride in the range of 2.382 × 10 - 7 mol L ~ 1.90 5 × 10 - 6 mol L Showed a good linear relationship, the correlation coefficient was 0.9998, the detection limit was 4.12 5 × 10-8mol L.
