随着我国职业教育改革的不断深入,兼职教师在人才流动、资源共享、密切职业院校与企业关系、改善职业院校师资队伍结构、提高学生技能等方面都发挥着越来越重要的作用。群体在今天的高职院校中已经是一支不可或缺的重要的师资力量。如何做好兼职教师队伍建设工作,是摆在高职院校面前的一项重要研究课题。所以航海类高职院校要促进其自身队伍的不断建设,加强兼职教师队伍建设也是不可忽视的。本文就航海类高职院校加强兼职教师队伍建设的必要性、兼职教师队伍建设存在的问题和解决对策等进行了研究。
With the continuous deepening of the reform of vocational education in our country, part-time teachers play an increasingly important role in such aspects as the flow of talents, the sharing of resources, the close relationship between vocational colleges and enterprises, the improvement of the structure of teachers in vocational colleges and the improvement of students’ skills. Groups are already an indispensable and important teacher force in today’s higher vocational colleges. How to do a good job in the construction of part-time teachers is an important research subject that is placed in front of the higher vocational colleges. Therefore, navigation colleges and vocational colleges to promote the continuous construction of its own ranks, strengthen the construction of part-time teachers can not be ignored. This paper studies the necessity of strengthening the construction of part-time teachers in navigation higher vocational colleges, the existing problems of part-time teachers and countermeasures.
