阐述了在役建筑结构维修加固决策的必要性,建议用在役结构体系可靠度作为结构可维修性决策的参数,提出了可维修性决策和加固决策两级决策的新方法,将模糊综合评定方法运用于在役结构的维修加固等级决策。通过专家调查,得到了单因素评定矩阵及其各自的权重系数,建议了在役结构维修加固等级的综合决策方法。
The necessity of the maintenance and reinforcement decision for the in-service building structure is described. It is suggested that the reliability of the in-service structural system is used as the parameter of the structure maintainability decision, and a new method for the decision making of the maintainability decision and the reinforcement decision is proposed. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is proposed. The method is applied to the maintenance reinforcement grade decision of the in-service structure. Through expert surveys, single factor assessment matrices and their respective weight coefficients were obtained, and an integrated decision-making method for maintenance reinforcement levels in service structures was proposed.
