目的:探讨脑部恶性肿瘤细胞和正常细胞组织。方法:利用Fourier红外光谱仪在室温下对10例脑部恶性胶质细胞瘤(Ⅱ级)、1例正常组织切片进行微区红外透射光谱测量。结果:发现被测的10例恶性胶质细胞瘤都具有相同的光谱特征,而较正常组织的光谱曲线具有明显的区别。实验发现脑部恶性胶质细胞瘤光谱中位于 1080cm-1吸收带增强、以及位于 1375cm-1、1462 cm-1和 1475cm-1的吸收峰明显增强的现象。结论:由于肿瘤细胞的异型性、形态、结构变异而导致的异常吸收特征。
Objective: To investigate the brain malignant tumor cells and normal tissue. Methods: Ten cases of glioblastoma of the brain (grade Ⅱ) and one normal tissue section were measured by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy at room temperature. Results: All of the 10 glioblastomas tested had the same spectral characteristics, but there was a significant difference compared with the normal tissue. It was found that the absorption band located at 1080 cm-1 in the brain glioblastoma spectrum was significantly enhanced and the absorption peaks at 1375 cm-1, 1462 cm-1 and 1475 cm-1 were significantly enhanced. Conclusion: Abnormal absorption characteristics due to atypia, morphology and structural variation of tumor cells.
