目的:为探讨细胞凋亡在脑缺血再灌注时脑损伤过程中的作用。方法:采用免疫组化法检测大鼠脑缺血再液注不同时间内c-fos、bcl-2蛋白表达的水平。结果:①脑缺血再灌注时在缺血侧皮层和基底节区可见c-fos阳性表达,并于缺血 30min再灌注1h时阳性表达达高峰;②脑缺血再灌注时缺血侧皮层和基底节区均有bcl-2阳性表达,于缺血2h再灌注3h时阳性表达达高峰。结论:c-fos和bcl-2参与大鼠脑缺血再灌注时缺血性细胞损伤的发生。
Objective: To investigate the role of apoptosis in brain injury following cerebral ischemia-reperfusion. Methods: The expression of c-fos and bcl-2 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry in different time after cerebral ischemia and reperfusion in rats. Results: ① The positive expression of c-fos was observed in ischemic cortex and basal ganglia at cerebral ischemia and reperfusion, and peaked at 1h after reperfusion at 30min ischemia. ② The expression of c-fos in ischemic cortex and basal ganglia at ischemia- And basal ganglia were bcl-2-positive expression in ischemia 2h reperfusion 3h positive expression reached its peak. Conclusion: c-fos and bcl-2 are involved in the development of ischemic cell injury during cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in rats.
