国电大渡河公司流域检修安装分公司在生产作业前对作业现场的危险因素查找,主要依赖于提前制订的安全技术措施,但该措施往往与现场的实际情况有所差异,直接导致现场危险因素被遗漏,最终造成不安全事件,给检修和安装工作埋下安全隐患和事故风险。分公司引进了KYT这项安全技术方法,旨在落实作业人员的安全责任,提高风险规避能力,形成“知险而不险”的安全意识。通过一个检修期的应用,在预防人身伤害、减少不安全事件、提高安全技能和作业小组团队(协作)意识等方面取得了明显的成效。针对KYT活动在现场实际的开展方法做了详细阐述,将重点放在引进该项安全技术方法的成效上,并在此基础上,提出进一步发展完善并与现场工作实际相结合的建议。

The branch introduced the KYT safety technology method, which aims to fulfill the safety responsibility of operators and enhance the ability of risk aversion to form a safety awareness of “knowing risk without risk”. Through the use of a maintenance window, significant results have been achieved in preventing personal injury, reducing unsafe incidents, improving safety skills and working group team awareness (collaboration). In view of the actual method of carrying out KYT activities in the field, this paper elaborates on the effectiveness of introducing this safety technology method and, on this basis, puts forward suggestions for further development and improvement and integration with on-site work practices.
