在内蒙古干草原研究了12种牧草贮藏碳水化合物含量变化的规律,以便为合理利用草地资源提供理论依据。在植物生长期内(3月底至10月初),每隔15天采集牧草茎基部和根的分析样本。在实验室用酸水解法-3,5-=硝基水杨酸比色法测定牧草的总糖和还原糖含量。试验结果表明,大多数牧草在春季返青和开花时要消耗贮藏碳水化合物,在分枝和结实期积累贮藏碳水化合物,但有的牧草出现相反的情况。根据牧草贮藏碳水化合物含量变化的规律,草地利用应注意放牧时期和放牧强度。
In the Inner Mongolia steppe, the changes of carbohydrate content in 12 species of pasture were studied in order to provide a theoretical basis for rational utilization of grassland resources. During the plant growth phase (late March to early October), samples of forage stalks and roots were collected every 15 days. The content of total sugar and reducing sugar of herbage was determined by acid hydrolysis-3,5-nitrosalicylic acid colorimetric method in laboratory. The results showed that most of the pasture consumed and stored carbohydrates during the spring greening and flowering, and accumulated the storage of carbohydrates during the branching and fruiting phases, but the opposite occurred in some pastures. According to the changes of the storage of carbohydrates, the grassland utilization should pay attention to the grazing period and grazing intensity.
