《中华人民共和国公路法》第十八条明确规定:“村镇规划应当与公路保持规定的距离(即距公路边沟外缘起国省道不少于50米,县、乡道不少于20米)并避免在公路两侧对应进行,防止造成公路街道化,影响公路的运行安全与畅通”。而我们湖南娄底市乡、村、镇规划一般只确定街道宽度,没有考虑公路等级标准以及房屋与公路的距离。据统计:全市国养公路964.9公里公路就有村镇开发区101处。仅国道207线70.2
