目前国外对致龋病原菌的研究方面已进行了不少工作,其中对变形链球菌已引起广泛的重视,认为此菌与龋病有密切的关系。上海第二医学院附属第九人民医院口腔内科教研组与上海市卫生防疫站检验科协作,也进行了致龋病原菌的研究工作。他们普查了上海市5～6岁幼儿的口腔龋病,并对变形链球菌进行分离培养。分离培养的菌株,经过与国外的代表菌株对照,在生理和生化方面得到了初步的鉴定。他们又从变形链球菌7个血清型(a、b、c、d、e、f、g)
At present, foreign countries have done a lot of work on the study of cariogenic pathogenic bacteria, of which Streptococcus mutans has attracted widespread attention.
