从当前我国社会经济和高等教育改革发展出发,以建筑专业为个案,分析当前高等职业教育人才培养模式的现状,提出了从更新教育理念、完善培养目标、深化教学改革、强化实践训练和加强国际合作等几方面入手来开展人才培养模式的改革建议。
Starting with the current reform and development of social economy and higher education in our country, this paper analyzes the status quo of personnel training mode in higher vocational education from a case study of construction specialty, and puts forward some suggestions from updating education concept, improving training objectives, deepening teaching reform, strengthening practical training and strengthening international Cooperation and other aspects to carry out personnel training reform proposals.
