In 2011, Jiangsu Province initiated the establishment of a discipline curriculum base to promote the transformation and upgrading of teaching and to promote and deepen the new curriculum through creating a new learning environment and promoting changes in learning styles so as to extend and sublime classrooms. Nanjing No. 13 Middle School “language learning experiment course base ” is one of the first batch of 38 course bases in Jiangsu Province. At present, the curriculum base has begun to take shape, the base has been established, the curriculum model has been gradually improved, the school-based curriculum has matured, the discipline and culture have shown its essence, and the curriculum environment has demonstrated its own characteristics.
