目的了解武山县滩歌镇医务人员《2005中国心肺复苏指南》院前心肺复苏(CPR)知识掌握现状,为全县广泛、深入开展CPR知识培训提供依据。方法采用自制问卷对武山县滩歌镇114名医务人员进行院前CPR知识掌握情况的现场调查,由4名资深中级职称的医师对调查对象分组分批次进行CPR知识培训,比较培训前后其对CPR知识的掌握情况。结果调查对象经培训后CPR知识掌握率显著高于培训前(71.05%vs35.44%,P<0.01)。结论武山县滩歌镇医务人员院前CPR知识普遍缺乏,掌握率较低。若要提高全民院前CPR知识掌握率,基层医务人员是首要培训对象。
Objective To understand the status quo of CPR knowledge of Tanqin Town, Wushan County medical staff in the 2005 Guidelines for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and provide the basis for extensive and in-depth CPR knowledge training in the county. Methods A self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the pre-hospital CPR knowledge of 114 medical staff in Tange Town, Wushan County. Four senior doctors with mid-level professional titles conducted CPR knowledge training in batches in batches, and compared them before and after training CPR knowledge of the situation. Results The level of CPR knowledge after training was significantly higher than that before training (71.05% vs35.44%, P <0.01). Conclusion There is a general lack of pre-hospital CPR knowledge among medical staff in Tachu Town, Wushan County, and a low mastery rate. To improve the pre-hospital knowledge of CPR mastery rate, primary medical staff is the primary training object.
