文章认为，能否正确地看待当前的经济形势，准确地把握今后经济运行的态势，关键是对物价、财政、股市和国有企业改革等重要问题作出客观地评判。对此，文章提出的见解是：１．我国经济的宏观调控已实现根本好转，已经降下来的物价指数不可能反弹；２．财政金融体制改革进展顺利，外汇储备增加，有利于我国大陆经济的发展和香港经济的稳定；３．股市过度投机得到了抑制，股价正在趋向合理，有利于中国证券市场的成熟和稳定发展；４．国有企业的困难来自诸多方面，解决其活力问题必须进行综合治理，并且要经过较长时间的努力
The article holds that the key to correctly assessing the current economic situation and accurately grasping the future economic operation is to make objective judgments on such important issues as price, finance, stock market and state-owned enterprise reform. In this regard, the article’s opinion is: 1. The macroeconomic regulation and control of our economy has basically improved, and the price index that has been lowered can not be bounced back. 2. The smooth progress of the reform of the financial and financial system and the increase of foreign exchange reserves are conducive to the economic development in mainland China and the stability of Hong Kong’s economy.
