日前,国家发展改革委、交通运输部联合印发《交通基础设施重大工程建设三年行动计划》(简称《行动计划》)。《行动计划》指出,在2016年至2018年的三年间,将重点推进铁路、公路、水路、机场、城市轨道交通项目303项,涉及项目总投资约4.7万亿元,以完善快速交通网、基础交通网、城际城市交通网为重点,推动形成国内国际通道联通、区域城乡覆盖广泛、枢纽节点功能完善、一体衔接便捷高效的综合交通网络,更好发挥组合优势和网络效益。
Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Transport jointly issued the “Three-year Action Plan for Major Infrastructure Construction of Traffic Infrastructure” (the “Action Plan”). The Action Plan states that in the three years from 2016 to 2018, it will focus on promoting 303 railways, highways, waterways, airports and urban rail transit projects involving a total investment of about 4.7 trillion yuan to improve the rapid transit network, Basic transportation network and intercity urban transportation network. It will promote the formation of domestic and international channels of China Unicom, the extensive coverage of urban and rural areas in the region, the complete functioning of hub nodes, and the convenient and efficient integrated transportation network integrated with one another to exert better combination advantages and network benefits.
