临床护理工作即通过在医疗过程中为患者提供安全的、有效的、规范的护理技术与生活服务,以此满足患者临床需求。护理质量的有效管理是对护理效果、医疗水平、医疗形象的客观体现,同时也是实现安全护理的基本保障。本文就以护理服务质量、安全、形象相关性展开分析,以此总结相应的管理对策,为临床护理服务管理方案的选择提供参考。
Clinical nursing work is to meet the clinical needs of patients by providing safe, effective and standardized nursing technology and living services to patients in the medical process. The effective management of the nursing quality is an objective manifestation of the nursing effect, the medical level and the medical image, as well as the basic guarantee for the realization of safety nursing. In this paper, the quality of care services, safety, image correlation analysis, in order to sum up the appropriate management strategies for clinical nursing service management options to provide a reference.
