目的:观察视网膜脱离的围手术期不同护理模式对个体临床预后的影响。方法:我院2016年7月至2017年7月收治的128例视网膜脱离患者为本次实验研究对象,按照临床护理模式不同将所有患者均分为实验组与对照组,对照组64例患者给予常规护理干预,实验组64例患者在常规护理基础上给予综合性护理干预,观察两组患者手术时间、住院时间、并发症发生情况以及个体对临床护理满意度。结果:实验组患者手术时间、住院时间明显少于对照组,实验组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(7.8%vs15.6%),两组患者各项数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.O5)。结论 :对于视网膜脱离患者在围手术期给予综合护理可有效缩短患者手术时间,降低并发症的发生,缩短患者住院时间。
Objective: To observe the influence of different nursing modes of perioperative retinal detachment on individual clinical prognosis. Methods: The 128 patients with retinal detachment admitted in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were selected as the experimental subjects. All patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to the different clinical nursing mode. The control group of 64 patients Conventional nursing interventions: 64 patients in the experimental group were given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The operation time, hospitalization time, complications and satisfaction of clinical nursing of the two groups were observed. Results: The operation time and hospitalization time in the experimental group were significantly less than those in the control group. The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (7.8% vs 15.6%). There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.O5). Conclusion: The comprehensive nursing for perioperative patients with retinal detachment can shorten the operation time, reduce the incidence of complications and shorten the hospitalization time.
