目的:探讨人性化护理在内科实施中的具体效果评价情况,主要目的是提升患者的住院满意度。方法:本次研究主要是选择2016年1月到2017年1月入院的内科164例患者,并按照具体的护理方式分为观察组和对照组两组,对观察组的患者要给予人性关怀,对照组的患者要给予常规护理,在对两组患者进行观察期间进行数据对比。结论:人性化护理在内科病房能够有效提高患者的满意度。
Objective: To explore the evaluation of the specific effect of humanized nursing in the implementation of internal medicine. The main purpose is to improve patient satisfaction in hospital. Methods: This study mainly selected 164 patients who were admitted to hospital from January 2016 to January 2017. The patients were divided into two groups: observation group and control group according to specific nursing methods. Human patients were given care in observation group, Patients in the control group were given routine care and data were compared during the observation of both groups of patients. Conclusion: Humanized nursing can effectively improve patient satisfaction in medical ward.
