企业单位试行全员聘用制度,是用人制度的一项重要改革,是建立适应社会主义市场经济体制要求的企业人事制度的重要措施,对实施科教兴省战略和“人才强省”战略,调动企业单位各类人员的积极性和创造性,促进经济建设和各项社会事业的发展具有重要意义。随着企业员工聘用制的推行,人事制度改革的逐步深入,笔者认为,在推行全员聘用制工作中,档案部门应坚持两手抓,一要抓档案利用,二要抓档案归档和管理,积极做好为企业单位开展全员聘用制工作提供利用服务,并做好相关档案的管理工作,是非常必要的。
