目的 探讨卡铂与鬼臼乙叉甙联合治疗复发性恶性幕上脑胶质瘤的疗效。方法 对３１ 例复发性恶性幕上脑胶质瘤患者给予卡铂与鬼臼乙叉甙各１００ ｍ ｇ／ｍ ２ ，每日１次，静脉滴注连续３ 天，疗程每４ 周重复１ 次，至少用３ 个疗程，每个疗程后分别进行评价。结果 ３１ 例中部分缓解４ 例，稳定１０例，部分缓解和稳定率共计为４５％ （１４／３１），部分缓解和稳定患者的中位恶化期为２８周， 中位生存期为５１ 周。全组患者中位生存期为４５ 周。结论 卡铂和鬼臼乙叉甙联合化疗对复发性恶性幕上脑胶质瘤有一定的疗效，值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of carboplatin and etoposide in the treatment of recurrent malignant supratentorial glioma. Methods 31 patients with recurrent malignant supratentorial glioma were given carboplatin and etoposide 100 m g / m 2 daily for 3 consecutive days. The course of treatment was repeated every 4 weeks , At least three courses, each course were evaluated. Results In the 31 cases, 4 patients were partially relieved and 10 patients were stable. The partial response and stability rates were 45% (14/31) in total. The median of patients with partial response and stable disease was 28 weeks and the median survival time was 51 weeks. The median survival time for all patients was 45 weeks. Conclusion Carboplatin and etoposide combined with chemotherapy on recurrent malignant supratentorial gliomas have a certain effect, worthy of clinical promotion.
