新的历史条件下,中国共产党要有效推进马克思主义意识形态话语权建设,必须坚持和遵循一定的价值原则,同时需要明确总体发展目标。必须坚持马克思主义的基本原理、基本观点和基本方法,必须与时俱进地推进马克思主义发展,必须紧密围绕我国社会主义初级阶段的基本国情与中心任务,必须同各种非马克思主义思想展开对话与斗争,是当前中国共产党意识形态话语权建设应遵循的基本原则。马克思主义在我国思想文化领域中主导性地位的牢固确立、马克思主义中国化时代化大众化的持续推进、当代中国主流意识形态影响力的不断拓展则是新的历史条件下中国共产党意识形态话语权建设的总体目标。
