目的:研究缺血性脑卒中急性期血浆脑肠肽(胃动素MTL、胃泌素GAS、胆囊收缩素CCK)水平的动态变化。方法:收集脑卒中急性期患者50例,于入院后第1天、病程第7天、病程第14天测定血浆脑肠肽(胃动素MTL、胃泌素GAS、胆囊收缩素CCK)水平,与阴性对照组进行对比研究。结果:脑卒中急性期脑肠肽与对照组比较明显升高(P<0.05);缺血性脑卒中合并糖尿病组患者血浆MTL、GAS、CCK水平高于无糖尿病组,但仅病程第14天2组血浆CCK水平有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:脑卒中急性期脑肠肽升高可能是中风急性期合并胃肠道疾病的病因。
Objective: To study the dynamic changes of plasma brain-gut peptide (motilin MTG, gastrin GAS and cholecystokinin CCK) in acute phase of ischemic stroke. Methods: Fifty patients with acute stroke were collected. The levels of plasma brain-gut peptide (motilin MTL, gastrin GAS and cholecystokinin CCK) were measured on the first day after admission, on the seventh day and on the fourteenth day. And negative control group for comparative study. Results: Compared with the control group, the content of ghrelin in the acute phase of stroke was significantly increased (P <0.05). The plasma levels of MTL, GAS and CCK in patients with ischemic stroke complicated with diabetes were higher than those in the non-diabetic group, but only in the 14th day Plasma CCK levels in the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: The increase of ghrelin in the acute phase of stroke may be the etiology of acute gastroenteritis in stroke.
