中职学校新生入学教育是帮助学生转变角色、适应新环境、认识专业,培养综合职业素养的起始环节。入学教育活动开展的效果如何,一定程度上决定了学生的学习动力和专业稳定率。传统的入学教育内容枯燥、形式单一,效果不理想。通过创新以专业认知为核心的入学教育模式,让学生在自己亲身体验中认识专业特色、体会中职学习特点、巩固专业思想,提高学习兴趣和自信心。
Secondary vocational school entrance education is to help students change roles, adapt to the new environment, recognize professional, comprehensive professionalism to cultivate a starting point. The effectiveness of entrance education activities, to a certain extent, determines the student’s motivation for learning and professional stability. The traditional entrance education is boring, the form of a single, the effect is not satisfactory. By innovating the mode of enrollment education focusing on professional cognition, students should recognize their professional characteristics, experience the characteristics of secondary vocational education, consolidate their professional thinking, and enhance their interest in learning and self-confidence in their own personal experience.
