使用交流滤波器(HUN)或称抗交流电干扰键,能使心电图波形清晰易于辨认测量,但对图形真伪有否影响,能否影响疾病诊断、治疗及预后,文献虽有个别报告,但未引起重视,更无结论。笔者了解南京地区十家医院,有的常规使用交流滤波器,有的部分科室使用;同一病人有时用,有时不用,不利于图形动态观察和对比,造成混乱,应引起重视。探讨统一规范方法,以利于心电图诊断和疾病防治。
