由于科学技术的迅猛发展和国际科技交流的日趋广泛,科技翻译的地位和作用越来越重要。目前我国的科技翻译人数已在各类专业翻译(如社会科学翻译、文学艺术翻译等)中占居首要地位。本文从剖析我国科技翻译队伍的现状入手,揭示出科技翻译界存在的一些问题,并提出一些对策。一当前,我国约有20多万人从事科技翻译工作。文献[1]收录了2160名科技翻译人员,约占全国科技翻译队伍的1％左右。本文就是以此作为抽样数据进行分析。2160人分布在除台湾、海南、西藏之外的28个省、市、自治区。
Due to the rapid development of science and technology and the increasingly extensive international exchange of science and technology, the status and role of science and technology translation are becoming more and more important. At present, the number of science and technology translators in China has occupied the first place among various professional translators (such as social sciences translators, literary arts translators, etc.). This article begins with the analysis of the current situation of Chinese science and technology translation teams, reveals some problems existing in the field of science and technology translation, and puts forward some countermeasures. At present, about 200,000 people in our country are engaged in the translation of science and technology. Literature [1] contains 2,160 scientific and technological translators, accounting for about 1% of the national science and technology translation team. This article is based on this as a sample of data for analysis. 2160 people are distributed in 28 provinces, cities and autonomous regions except Taiwan, Hainan and Tibet.
