随着市场经济改革的不断深入,劳动保障部门的职能已经发生了重大变化,原有的行政审批调配职能已经被大量的社会化协调服务所取代,劳动保障工作更加凸显全民利益,与社会各界紧密相连,因此面对新任务,要求我们必须适应新形势,及时转变观念,主动加强协调,为做好劳动保障工作营造良好的内外环境。本文结合实践提出了新时期作好劳动保障工作的思考。
With the continuous deepening of the market economy reform, the functions of the labor and social security department have undergone major changes. The original functions of the administrative examination and approval have been replaced by a large number of socialized and coordinated services. Labor and social security work has become more prominent for all people's interests and is closely linked with all walks of life in the society Therefore, in the face of new tasks, we must adapt ourselves to the new situation, change our concepts in a timely manner, take the initiative to step up coordination so as to create a favorable internal and external environment for our labor protection work. This article puts forward some thoughts on doing a good job of labor security work in the new period with practice.
