党的十七届六中全会作出了《关于深化文化体制改革,推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣若干重大问题的决定》。作为一名从事基层宣传思想文化工作的人员,既感到机遇难得,更深感责任重大。现就如何紧紧抓住国家对口援疆机遇,加强团场文化建设让先进文化理念真正融入团场基层,引领职工群众,实现经济强团到文化富团的转变,谈一点粗浅认识。
The Sixth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee has made the “Decision on Several Important Issues concerning Deepening the Reform of the Cultural System and Promoting the Great Development and Prosperity of Socialist Cultures.” As a staff engaged in propaganda and ideological and cultural work at the grassroots level, I not only feel the rare opportunity but also deepen the sense of responsibility. Now on how to seize the opportunity of state aid to aid Xinjiang, strengthen cultural construction of the party field so that the concept of advanced culture truly into the grassroots community, leading the workers and the masses, economic group to the cultural transformation of the rich group, to talk a little superficial understanding.
