(一) 照片档案,是机关、团体、企事业单位及个人在社会实践活动中形成的,具有查考利用价值、归档保存起来的底片和正片材料。照片档案是以影象的形式客观真实地记载着人类社会实践活动。它不是独立地全面地记载和反映某项工作实践面貌,而是在文书档案、科技档案、企业档案,以及各种专业档案中都占有一定的量并且都是起着特殊的重要作用。做好照片档案工作,对充分发挥各种档案在社会主义物质文明和精神文明建设中的作用将有着积极的意义。
(1) Photo archives are formed by organs, groups, enterprises, institutions and individuals in social practice activities, and have the function of checking the use value, filing and storing the negatives and positive materials. Photo archives objectively and truly records the practice of human society in the form of images. It does not independently record and reflect the actual work of a particular job. Instead, it occupies a certain amount in clerical and technical documents, enterprise files and all kinds of professional files and plays a special and important role. To do a good job of photo archives will have a positive meaning in giving full play to the role of various archives in building a socialist material civilization and a spiritual civilization.
