从20世纪90年代起,电力建设中一个引人注目的动向是分散型电源的广泛兴起。据统计,日本国内分散型电源场所有2777处,合计出力462万kW。截至1999年底,美国各种分散型电源装机总容量高达6000万kW。当前我国正实施西部大开发战略。西部人口稀少,居住相对分散,而风能、太阳能相对丰富。在西部开发与电力结构调整中,发挥分散型电源的作用,是个值得探讨的问题。
Since the 1990s, an attractive trend in power construction has been the widespread emergence of decentralized power supplies. According to statistics, there are 2777 decentralized power supply farms in Japan with a total output of 4.62 million kW. As of the end of 1999, the total installed capacity of various decentralized power sources in the United States reached 60 million kW. At present, China is implementing the strategy of developing the western region. The population in the west is sparse and the living environment is relatively dispersed, while wind energy and solar energy are relatively abundant. In the development of the western region and the adjustment of the power structure, the role of a decentralized power supply is a question worth exploring.
