本文用模糊正态集贴近度的概念,对现存的烈度评定作了定量处理。文中收集了十余方面的文献和报告,整理了约七百个数据,初步编制了从Ⅵ度到Ⅺ度的以房屋破坏为指标的定量对照表,并以1976年松潘平武地震为例,对它的五个点作了内检。文中对其中的两个点提出了不大的修正,对其余三个点作了肯定。与实际情况颇为符合。文中还阐述了用模糊数学方法进行烈度评定的一般考虑,提出了计算方法,为对经验性的烈度评定用计算机作定量处理提供了可能。
In this paper, the concept of closeness of fuzzy normal set is used to quantitatively evaluate the existing intensity. The paper collected more than ten aspects of the literature and reports, sorting out about 700 data, initially compiled from Ⅵ to Ⅺ degrees of housing destruction as a quantitative indicator of the table, and the 1976 Songpan Pingwu earthquake as an example, Five points of its internal inspection. This paper also expounds the general considerations of using fuzzy mathematics to assess the intensity of the earthquake, puts forward the calculation method, and provides the possibility of using the computer for quantitative evaluation of the empirical intensity.
