内皮细胞在维持血管的完整性、对机体的凝血功能调节中起着重要作用。内毒素可直接或间接对内皮细胞造成损伤,使其形态、功能及表面特性发生改变。LBP/CD14 在LPSEC 相互作用中起着关键性的调节和增敏作用。MAPK 酪氨酸磷酸化在LPS 作用于内皮细胞的信号转导机制中可能起重要作用。
Endothelial cells in maintaining vascular integrity, the body’s coagulation regulation plays an important role. Endotoxin can cause damage to endothelial cells directly or indirectly and change its morphology, function and surface properties. LBP / CD14 plays a key regulatory and sensitizing role in the LPS-EC interaction. MAPK tyrosine phosphorylation may play an important role in the signal transduction mechanism of LPS on endothelial cells.
