搞好初级卫生保健工作是实现2000年人人享有卫生保健的战略目标之关键,加强基层卫生防疫组织建设是前提。目前农村卫生保健工作显得比较薄弱,问题突出。现将我市基层卫防工作现状作一分析,并作初浅的对策探讨。现状:(1)工作面广,任务重。泉州市地处福建省的东南沿海,总人口577万多人,辖6县2市1区(不包括金门县),有133个乡镇,2247个行政村(居委会)。有18个县级以上医院,9个卫生防疫站,7个妇幼保健所,133个乡镇卫生院,2190个村卫生所,4196个医疗点。全市居民每万人口有卫生技术人员15.44人,乡村医
Doing a good job in primary health care is the key to achieving the strategic goal of health care for all in 2000. Strengthening the establishment of grass-roots health and disease prevention organizations is a prerequisite. At present, rural health care work is relatively weak and the problems are outstanding. Now we analyze the current situation of grass-roots defense work in our city, and make a preliminary discussion on countermeasures. Status: (1) Wide work area and heavy tasks. Quanzhou City is located on the southeast coast of Fujian Province, with a total population of 5.77 million people, jurisdiction over 6 counties, 2 cities and 1 district (excluding Jinmen County), 133 townships, and 2247 administrative villages (neighborhood committees). There are 18 hospitals above the county level, 9 health and epidemic prevention stations, 7 maternal and child health clinics, 133 township hospitals, 2190 village clinics, and 4196 medical centers. The city’s residents have 15.44 health technicians per 10,000 population.
