随着时代的发展,档案工作也在发生改变。其中,档案的电子化管理,成为档案工作中的一个重要的新课题。湖州邮政的档案管理也同样不可回避地面临这些新的挑战,在档案管理实践过程中,探索出一些应对问题和挑战的思路。相信湖州邮政档案部门在规范OA系统电子公文归档管理、落实电子档案保真保密保存制度等方面的探索对电子档案管理具有普遍意义,对现代电子文件档案的管理具有借鉴作用。
With the development of the times, archives work is also changing. Among them, the electronic file management has become an important new task in the file work.
